RLcovers Refund & Warranty Policy

At RLcovers, we take pride in delivering high-quality, custom-fit steering wheel wraps that enhance both the look and feel of your vehicle. We stand behind our products and services, and while we strive for perfection, we understand that issues can arise. Please review our policies below regarding refunds, exchanges, and warranty coverage.

 

Installation Difficulties & Returns

We understand that installing a steering wheel wrap requires patience and precision. If you’re struggling with installation, our team is here to help! Contact us at rlsteeringwheelcovers@gmail.com, and we’ll provide step-by-step guidance.

If, after consulting with us, you’re still unable to install the wrap, you may return it for a full refund under the following conditions:

  • The wrap must be undamaged and in its original packaging.
  • You must request the return within 30 days of purchase.
  • The wrap must be shipped back to 1012 Laguna Loop apt 409, Davenport, 33896, United States. at your own expense.

Once we receive your returned wrap, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to complete the transaction. If your refund hasn’t been processed within 15 business days of approval, contact your bank directly.

 

Custom Orders & Change of Mind Policy

Because RLcovers steering wheel wraps are custom-made to fit your specific vehicle, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind. Each wrap is tailored to your exact specifications and cannot be resold.

However, if your wrap arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly replace it. Please email us at rlsteeringwheelcovers@gmail.com with a clear photo of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement after assessment.

 

Order Issues & Damages

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, notify us immediately at rlsteeringwheelcovers@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

 

Warranty Coverage

All RLcovers steering wheel wraps come with a 24-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. However, certain conditions are not covered:

  • Wear & Tear: Over time, all materials will experience natural wear, just like your original steering wheel. Normal fading, scuffing, or texture changes are not considered defects.
  • Alcantara® Care: If not cleaned regularly, Alcantara® may appear matted. This is a maintenance issue, not a product defect. Regular cleaning restores its original look and feel.
  • Improper Installation: Our wraps are precisely cut for your steering wheel. Incorrect installation, including misalignment or excessive force when tucking edges, may cause damage that is not covered under warranty.

If you believe your wrap has a legitimate defect, contact us at rlsteeringwheelcovers@gmail.com with photos and details, and we’ll assess your claim.

 

Refund Processing

Once your refund request is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. If your refund hasn’t been received after 15 business days, please contact your bank or payment provider.
